Welcome to 196bet. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing bets, or using any feature of the platform available at 196bet.best, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling rules.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you should not create an account or use 196bet's services. Continued use of the platform following any updates to these Terms constitutes automatic acceptance of the new conditions.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 196bet. Any verbal or informal communication with support team members does not alter the conditions described herein unless confirmed in writing.

To use 196bet's services, you must create an individual account. Registration is free and requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full legal name as it appears on an official ID, CPF, date of birth, valid email address, and an active mobile number in Brazil.

Each user may hold only one account at 196bet. Creating multiple accounts using the same CPF, email address, phone number, residential IP address, or banking details is prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed immediately upon identification, with balances held pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact 196bet support immediately at suporte@196bet.best or via live chat on the platform.

To create an account and place bets at 196bet, the user must:

• Be at least 18 years of age as of the registration date
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal
• Not be included on any national self-exclusion list or 196bet's own self-exclusion list
• Not be an employee, contractor, partner, or immediate family member of a 196bet employee
• Have full legal capacity to enter into contracts under Brazilian law

196bet accepts the following deposit methods, all in the national currency (R$ — Brazilian Reais):

• Pix — instant, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with no additional fees
• Bank slip (Boleto) — cleared within up to 3 business days after payment
• Credit and debit card — Visa and Mastercard; subject to issuer approval
• PicPay — instant processing subject to service availability
• Mercado Pago — instant processing subject to service availability
• TED Transfer — Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Caixa, and other Brazilian banks

The minimum deposit amount is R$ 20.00. There is no defined maximum, but deposits above certain thresholds may be subject to additional verification in accordance with applicable regulations. All deposits must be made from a bank account or digital wallet held in the name of the 196bet account holder — third-party deposits are not accepted.

Withdrawals are available to all users with a verified account (KYC completed). The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 50.00. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to bank accounts, Pix keys, or digital wallets held in the name of the 196bet account holder.

The preferred and fastest withdrawal method is Pix, with an average processing time of just a few minutes after the request is submitted. The maximum timeframe for Pix withdrawals is 24 hours in cases requiring manual review. TED withdrawals may take up to 3 business days.

• Withdrawals of available real-money balances are processed without time restrictions, including on weekends and public holidays
• Bonus balance may only be withdrawn after the rollover requirement of the corresponding promotion has been fully met
• 196bet may request additional documentation before processing high-value withdrawals
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts or Pix keys will not be authorized under any circumstances
• Bets still open at the time of a withdrawal request are not included in the available balance until they are settled

All bets placed on 196bet are final upon system confirmation. Users are responsible for reviewing bet details — event, market, odds, and stake — before confirming. Errors identified by the user after confirmation will not be reversed.

The odds displayed on the platform are those in effect at the time the bet is placed. In the event of a technical error resulting in clearly incorrect odds, 196bet reserves the right to cancel the affected bets and return the staked amount to the user's balance.

Cancelled or postponed events:

• Football matches (Brasileirão, Libertadores, Copa do Brasil, Premier League, etc.) canceled before kick-off will have all bets voided and stakes returned
• Postponed matches rescheduled within 72 hours of the original time remain valid; beyond that window, bets are voided
• Live bets on interrupted matches: markets with an already-determined outcome at the time of interruption are settled; all other markets are voided

Cash Out: Cash out is available on selected bets before and during events. The cash-out value is calculated by 196bet based on live odds and is final at the moment the user confirms. Cash out may be temporarily suspended during critical moments of an event.

Parlay bets (accumulators): Bets combining selections from different events are permitted. Bets combining selections from the same event in correlated markets may be restricted or voided.

196bet offers bonuses and promotions subject to specific terms available on each offer's page. The general conditions that apply to all promotions are:

• Each promotion may be used only once per user, CPF, residential address, or device, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms
• Bonuses are only valid for users with a verified account in good standing on the platform
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — the rollover requirement set by the promotion must be met first
• Cancelled, voided, or cash-out-settled bets do not count toward rollover completion
• 196bet reserves the right to cancel bonuses in cases of suspected abuse or misuse
• The validity period of each bonus starts from the activation date, not the registration date

196bet may modify, suspend, or end any promotion at any time, with advance notice whenever possible. Changes to terms do not affect bonuses already activated by users prior to the change.

196bet offers live casino games, slots, crash games, and other formats provided by third-party suppliers. The specific rules for each game are set by the provider and are available within the game itself on the platform.

Casino games use random number generation (RNG) systems certified by independent auditors, ensuring fair and unpredictable results. In the Live Casino, games are run by real dealers in real time — outcomes are final at the moment they are displayed.

• Technical failures during a game round may result in the bet being voided and the amount returned to the user's balance
• Progressive jackpots have their own rules displayed within each game — check before you play
• Bets placed with bonus balance on casino games count toward the rollover requirement as outlined in the applicable promotion's terms
• 196bet is not responsible for connection disruptions caused on the user's side during a gaming session

Crash games — such as Aviator and similar titles — use outcome mechanics defined by a certified RNG. The cash-out multiplier is independent of previous bets or the behavior of other players in the same round.

Use of 196bet is strictly personal and non-transferable. The following behaviors are prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and balance retention pending investigation:

• Creating more than one account on the platform using the same CPF or different identification documents
• Use automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform
• Exploiting technical odds pricing errors to gain an artificial advantage
• Coordinating bets with other users to manipulate market outcomes or accumulate bonuses improperly (bonus abuse)
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification
• Use the platform for operations related to money laundering or the financing of illegal activities
• Threatening, harassing, or disrespecting members of the 196bet support team

196bet processes all users' personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Law No. 13.709/2018). The data collected — including name, CPF, email, phone number, address, betting history, and financial data — is used exclusively for:

• Operation and maintenance of the user's account on the platform
• Deposit and withdrawal processing
• Identity verification (KYC) and fraud prevention
• Compliance with regulatory and legal obligations
• Communications about promotions and platform updates (subject to consent)

Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes without your explicit consent. Any sharing with partners and payment processors occurs only to the extent necessary to provide our services.

196bet believes betting is, first and foremost, entertainment. The platform provides practical responsible gambling tools accessible directly from each account dashboard:

• Deposit limit — set a maximum deposit limit on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis
• Bet limit — set a maximum amount per individual bet or per session
• Loss limit — set a maximum net loss amount per period

Users may request account closure at any time through 196bet support. After closure, any available real-money balance (excluding unconverted bonus balance) will be returned via Pix or TED, subject to identity verification.

196bet reserves the right to close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Providing false information or fraudulent documents
• Suspected bonus abuse, money laundering, or other financial crimes
• Creation of multiple accounts by the same account holder
• Court order or determination by a competent authority

In cases of account closure due to a Terms violation, 196bet may hold the account balance during the investigation period. If the investigation confirms the violation, the balance may be fully or partially forfeited depending on the nature of the infraction.

196bet is not liable for financial losses resulting from bets placed on the platform. Sports Betting and casino games carry inherent financial risk — users assume full responsibility for their own gaming decisions.

The platform is provided "as is". 196bet does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may occasionally carry out scheduled maintenance or experience downtime due to external technical issues. Bets not confirmed prior to a service disruption are not the platform's responsibility.

196bet is not liable for failures in the user's internet connection, errors made by the user when placing bets, or losses resulting from unauthorized account access by third parties when caused by the user's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

196bet reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users at least 7 days in advance via the registered email address or through a platform notification.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account before they take effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be settled in the courts of the city of São Paulo – SP, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.

196bet fully complies with the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990) and other applicable Brazilian laws governing digital entertainment and online betting. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Brazilian law, the applicable legislation prevails.
